Over the course of more than half a century, the programs designed by Glenn Doman and his staff have shown in fact to work beyond your wildest dreams. The positive results have progressively accumulated and are more and more impressive. These are some figures for the period 1998-2011.

  • Seeing. Of the total number of functionally blind children assisted by the Institutes worldwide, 83 percent saw for the first time. 83 percent of these have also learned to read.
    Hearing. Of the total number of functionally deaf children assisted by the Institutes worldwide, 87 per cent heard for the first time.
    Speaking. Of the total number of children unable to speak assisted by the Institutes worldwide, 43 percent spoke for the first time in their lives.
    Walking. Of the total number of children unable to walk alone, 63 percent walked for the first time without help.
    Running. Of the total number of children able to walk but not run assisted by the Institutes worldwide, 51 percent learned how to run.
    Creeping. Of the total number of children initially unable to move, 63 percent learned how to move in a room creeping for the first time.
    Crawling. The total number of children unable to move on hands and knees, 63 percent managed to do so for the first time, defeating the forces of gravity and moving into the third dimension.
    Understanding. Of the total number of children assisted by the Institutes whose comprehension levels were lower than those of a child of three years, 88 percent were for the first time able to understand like an average child of that age.
    Reading. Of the total number of children assisted by the Institutes worldwide who were unable to read, 97 percent were able to read for the first time.
    Writing. Of the total number of children unable to write assisted by the Institutes worldwide, 25 percent managed to do so for the first time.
    Detoxification. Of the total number of children taking anticonvulsant drugs, 67 per cent have been completely detoxified.
    Health. Of the total number of children who have been in the program for at least one year, 28 percent had perfect health for 12 consecutive months.
